Our service includes website matching algorithms, link request management, credit tracking, and quality assurance features to ensure fair and valuable link exchanges.

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

You agree not to:

• Provide low-quality, irrelevant, or spammy backlinks
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent system limitations
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

All backlinks provided through our platform must:

• Be contextually relevant to the linked content
• Be placed within quality, original content
• Use appropriate anchor text
• Be accessible and functional
• Comply with search engine guidelines
• Remain active for a reasonable period

We reserve the right to review and reject links that do not meet our quality standards.

Subscription fees and credit purchases are billed in advance. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will not result in a refund of fees already paid.

The LinkBazaar platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by SNR Technologies Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform.

You retain ownership of your website content and grant us a limited license to access and analyze it for the purpose of providing our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Backlinks will result in improved search rankings
• All users will comply with quality standards

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNR Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
